Recognition and Model Variations:

Production of the fintail or finback sedans got under way in August 1959. These were larger than the earlier Pontons and were distinguished by their small rear tail fin. The 110 models can be recognized by their single large round headlight. 111 and 112 sedans had twin vertical round headlights identical to the 111 coupes and later 108 sedans. Grills were also interchangeable on the earlier models. The luxurious 112 sedan produced only in limited numbers can be distinguished by full length body chrome trim running down the side of the car. Of course the coupes and convertibles are more valuable, but the lowly sedans have a popular following today. Even the finbacks can bring lots of attention and will put a smile on your face as you cruise down the road in safety and comfort.
