will not start if left for a few days without running and if i only travel a short distance then it will not start until it has been left for quite a while
This type of problem can be difficult to diagnose without the proper test equipment. I would recommend you start with the simple things first. See my 103 Engine Tuning Guide. If doing some of the basics does not help then you may have a more serious fuel injection / fuel flow problem. You may need to have your fuel system pressure tested by a competent mechanic
Hi Kaia, Thanks for the Ponton Sedan 219 220S Factory Book Set. I have got two Pontons, a 1959 219 and a 1959 220s. I intend to restore the 220s to show condition. I might use the 219 for parts initially and then bring it back to running condition once I have all the missing parts!
