I suspect something is wrong with your climate control panel - but keep in mind the system is complicated and that it may not solve the problem. Although rare you may have a fauly climate control temp sensor.
I replaced the whole control panel and the wheel. The wheel realy made the diffrence. It doesnt get nearly as hot as max but kind of lukewarm now. before nothing.
where s the climate control temp sensor?
thanks

If you pull the glovebox out you'll see a foam tube that connects to the little grill on the dash between the center vents. Follow the tube to the other end and you'll find the sensor.
Kent and Kaia, Just wanted to let you know how impressed I am with your GreaseOn system. I bought the DTC2000 kit and have had it up and running now for two weeks and about 1200km with not a single hitch! It works great! The install was not an easy task but your installation manuals provide great, in depth step by step procedures and invaluable tips.

Does anyne know where the climate control sensor is?
