Mono valve question on 1982 300TD
Hello,
My Monovalve, the one that is bolted to the firewall and allows coolant into the heater core, has been stuck wide open, I removed it and it seems to be able to move now that I have cleaned it up a bit, is this item repairable, or should I just buy a new one....

Probably replace
You can always put it back in and see if it works, but my understanding is that there is usually some torn rubber in there. One of the best fixes I did on my car was to get that system working.
