Excellent used working turbo diesel starter motor. Fits all turbo diesel from 1978 to 1985. Can be used on 240D and 300D non turbo engines to get them to start faster. No modification required.

You have asked for it and we have delivered again. Now that all those old power steering pumps are leaking out the front seal we have come up with a kit that will allow you to replace the front seal of your pump at home without any special tools. This kit will work on all power steering pumps on 4 and 5 cylinder diesel engines from 1977 to 1985 (excluding the 190D 2.2).

IMPORTANT NOTE: We do not sell replacement antenna masts by year and model. We have run across too many problems with confusion, interchangeability, and previously swapped antennas. We sell a SMOOTH TAIL mast and a TOOTHED TAIL mast. Smooth tails were used on most of the power Hirschmann antennas up to the early 80's and tooth tails were used on the later masts. For you to order the proper one you must partially remove your current mast and inspect. Is the white plastic tail more or less smooth or does it have teeth in it? The one describe here is the TOOTHED style.

This is about as close to being perfect as you will find in a used headlight. I believe this was on a car only for a very short time. This is the tool I love to use when troubleshooting engine operating temperature problems. You can stand back and aim the beam right on a spot on the radiator or engine to get an exact temperature reading. This can indicate whether or not your radiator is plugged and confirm if your temperature gauge is accurate or not.

If you are running SVO it can give you accurate readings of the temperature of your oil - both during filtering and coming out of your boost heater.

Good Used BEHR German fan clutch replacement for 113,111, 108 and 109 chassis gas engines from 1968 to 1973, all 114 and 115 gas and diesel, all 123 gas and diesel engines 1977 to 1983 and 1981 to 1983 126 300SD. PLEASE NOTE: This clutch is for engines that have the 5 blade aluminum metal fans. If you have the newer multi-blade nylon fan then you will need a different type. This clutch lists new for $272.00. Set of FIVE Rebuilt Bosch Fuel Injector Housings with high performance Monark Nozzles installed. Each injector has been bench tested and pressure balanced in our shop. All injectors are set to release pressures between 1900 and 1950 psi. This set of injectors will work in all 300SD 1978 to 1985 and all 123 300D 300CD and 300TD with turbo diesel engines.

Injectors will be shipped with new heat shield washers as shown. No instructions included.

NO CORE CHARGE / NO CORE RETURN

This is not a show piece but is usable. The veneer is in tack but there are cracks in the finish (typical). 5 of the 6 plastic clips on the back side are good (one center one is broken). Fits 300SD 1981 to 1985.

In working on many 61x series diesel engines, I have often found one or more of these clamps missing. Missing or loose clamps is the number one reason for injector hard line crack failure. There should be a clamp like this between each two hard lines to minimize vibration fatigue failure. 2 used clamps are included with correct bolts and nuts.

Excellent used oil pump assembly for 617 turbo diesel engines. Pump has been taken apart and inspected for scoring and teeth wear. No adverse wear noted - above average condition

Excellent used thermostat housing as shown. Has twin threaded holes for 2 sensors. Only one sensor included. We have the egr vacuum sensor new elsewhere on our website

This is a common wear item on high mileage 126 chassis. It will start out as a clunking noise when you go over rough ground. Front suspension overhaul is almost always left until one has fixed everything else on the car. We know that most owners can live with some looseness in the suspension, especially when you consider the age of the 126 chassis. But if you want to restore that great Mercedes factory feel and ride (that we all love!) there is no short cut but to replace all the rubber and wear parts in the lower section of your front suspension. NOTE: This kit does not include the upper control arms as we have found many have already replaced those as they often fail first. Fits all these chassis from 1968 to 1985. For drain bolt on automatic transmission torque converter. For a complete transmission flush the torque converter must be drained separately. Good to have a new aluminum sealing washer on hand during the service.

Can be used to select between two fuel tanks or as a control valve for your loop or return fuel with running on SVO. Comes with two straight non-barbed hose fittings and one 90 degree fitting. NEW LOCTITE PRODUCT - AUGUST PROMO! If you have read very many of my manuals and instructions you already know how much I detest Silicone Gasket Sealant. I know there are places for silicone (ie bath tub caulking, etc), but it should not be used on internal combustion engines!

Please note: You only need to open the  sunroof to change this seal. It can be a little tricky to get the new seal in the groove. No instructions included with this seal.
