This small rubber cap protects dirt from entering your level indicator on your brake fluid reservoir. Fits 107 114 115 116 123 126 201 and 124 models from the early 70s to mid 1990s.
This large size rubber grommet is a common leak area at the bottom of your brake fluid reservoir. Fits all 107 chassis, 114 and 115 chassis, 116 chassis and 123 chassis from 1972 to 1985.
FITS THE FOLLOWING, all 116, 123, 107, 126, and 201 chassis. This is an original equipment Bosch pump. If you are having heating problems this little unit is often overlooked. When your car is idling at a stop light there is not enough circulation in the engine coolant to get hot water moving through the heater core. This electric powered pump helps to push a consistent water flow through the core. When it fails it can create another problem as well. Not only does it not help push hot water through, but it will actually create a blockage in your heating system.
I have used a LOT of different kinds of grease in my lifetime - but this is my favorite. It has a high molybdenum and grahite content and does not dry out over time. It also has a great resistance to water and moisture deterioration. Just the right consistency - not too thick so it can get into tight places - not too thin so it stays in place.
On the body I use it in door check straps, window gears and mechanisms, seat tracks, door latch assemblies, sunroof cables and gears, hood and trunk hinges and any other metal to metal wear location. On suspension and chassis I use it on wheel bearings, ball joints, tie rods, u-joints, backing plates and more.
This 14 oz can is usually more than enough to service most Mercedes Benz. A must have in your tool box!
New Bosch Heater Blower motor without fan. Fits all 116 chassis 1973 to 1980. Does not come with fan cage, motor only. You will have to install that from your current blower assembly. No instructions included but straight forward installation.

Now in a pak of 25 for even more savings. These are my favorite European hose clamps. They tighten securely, don't cut into the hose, and don't rust or break. If you are working on an SVO fuel system for any Mercedes I recommend you have these clamps on hand. Cheaps clamps can cuase air leaks leading to great frustration- the US style clamps with holes that cut into the rubber. These clamps will work on all 8 mm hose, 5/16 and 3/8 US spec fuel or coolant hose.

I have gone through a lot of pain dealing with leaks in SVO conversion systems. Vegetable oil has an amazing wicking ability and will leak out of the slightest thread flaw. This is particularly true if you use iron pipe fittings or fittings of dissimilar metals.
There is nothing more exciting than finding old treasure and for us that can mean vintage Mercedes parts and literature. We just recently made the discovery of some large boxes of factory service manuals, factory parts manuals, and original owners handbooks. There were buried away in an old Mercedes dealership who no longer needed them. After some tough negotiation we loaded all six big boxes (which we could hardly lift) in the back of Kaias wagon and drove them back to the warehouse. We did not know for sure what was in all the boxes so that made it doubly exciting. After going through all the boxes we have indeed discovered some rare treasures.
This is a must have for any owner of an older Mercedes gas engine model. This applies to all 4, 6 and 8 cylinder from the mid 1950s to the mid 1980s. The manual covers prevention of thread damage and how to repair a totally destroyed spark plug hole. The thread chaser included with the manual with help clean up any minor damage and prevent major problems. Never force a spark plug into the threads and if a plug comes out hard the threads MUST be cleaned with a chaser before you reinstall a new plug.
Fits all Mercedes Diesels that use the 90 degree fuel prefilter. This prefilter is made by Hebmueller of Germany and is excellent quality. It has brass inserts in the ends so they cannot collapse or crack when the fuel hose clamps are tightened down. Now sold individually! These are the zip ties we have all been looking for. They have a super sticky tape of the foot of the tie so you can stick them anywhere in your engine compartment without having to drill a hole in the inner fender panel. (NOTE: Be sure to thoroughly clean the surface BEFORE installing). The other neat thing is that these zip ties can be loosened back up (just like the factory type) to remove the wire bundle or anything else you need to secure. Sold in packs of 6. You have asked for it and we have delivered again. Now that all those old power steering pumps are leaking out the front seal we have come up with a kit that will allow you to replace the front seal of your pump at home without any special tools. This kit will work on all power steering pumps on 4 and 5 cylinder diesel engines from 1977 to 1985 (excluding the 190D 2.2).

IMPORTANT NOTE: We do not sell replacement antenna masts by year and model. We have run across too many problems with confusion, interchangeability, and previously swapped antennas. We sell a SMOOTH TAIL mast and a TOOTHED TAIL mast. Smooth tails were used on most of the power Hirschmann antennas up to the early 80's and tooth tails were used on the later masts. For you to order the proper one you must partially remove your current mast and inspect. Is the white plastic tail more or less smooth or does it have teeth in it? The one describe here is the TOOTHED style.

This is the tool I love to use when troubleshooting engine operating temperature problems. You can stand back and aim the beam right on a spot on the radiator or engine to get an exact temperature reading. This can indicate whether or not your radiator is plugged and confirm if your temperature gauge is accurate or not.
If you are running SVO it can give you accurate readings of the temperature of your oil - both during filtering and coming out of your boost heater.

If you want Monark Nozzles that are tuned and balanced and don't want to rebuild them yourself we can sell you a set of FIVE Rebuilt Bosch Fuel Injector Housings with high performance Monark Nozzles installed. Each injector has been bench tested and pressure balanced in our shop. All injectors are set to release pressures between 1900 and 1950 psi. This set of injectors will work in all 300SD 1978 to 1985 and all 123 300D 300CD and 300TD with turbo diesel engines.
Injectors will be shipped with new heat shield washers as shown. No instructions included.

Front suspension overhaul is almost always left until one has fixed everything else on the car. We know that most owners can live with some looseness in the suspension, especially when you consider the age of the 116 chassis. But if you want to restore that great Mercedes factory feel and ride (that we all love!) there is no short cut but to replace all the rubber and wear parts in the lower section of your front suspension. NOTE: This kit does not include the upper control arms as we have found many have already replaced those as they often fail first. If you have read very many of my manuals and instructions you already know how much I detest Silicone Gasket Sealant. I know there are places for silicone (ie bath tub caulking, etc), but it should not be used on internal combustion engines!
