New rubber stop for rear exhaust bracket. It plugs into the body right above the back of the rear muffler. Helps prevent rattle. Fits almost all models from late 1960s to mid 1990s. When you hear something clunking in the back when you go over a bump, this part is probably missing.

Brand new factory type braided cloth injector end plug for all diesels 220D 240D 300D 300CD 300TD 300SD 300SDL E300D, from 1968 to 1995. Sold individually. Check yours for cracks or leaking! Very important that the end plug be in good condition or fuel leaks will occur.

FITS THE FOLLOWING:

This small rubber cap protects dirt from entering your level indicator on your brake fluid reservoir. Fits 107 114 115 116 123 126 201 and 124 models from the early 70s to mid 1990s.

High Quality (made in USA) brass two way fuel rated valve with brass fittings for 3/8 inch fuel hose. Can be used to select between two fuel tanks or as a control valve for your loop or return fuel with running on SVO.

When was the last time you knocked one of your vacuum lines off around the oil filter housing, only to discover when you tried to reattached it that the fittings were swollen and would just not stay connected? This is a L shaped fitting that fits 115, 116, 123, and 126 chassis.

This size freeze plug fits almost all gas and diesel engines from the early 70s up into the 90s. This includes all 61x and 60x diesel engines, the 103 gas engine in the 190E, 300SE and 300E. It also fits many V8 engines but you should measure your current plug to be sure.

This removable threadlocker is probably the best that I have used. It has the best sealing cap and cures rapidly and reliably when confined between metal parts. Use it to lock threaded fasteners, nuts, bolts and screws from loosening. Extremely important in critical engine and suspension parts.

SLS low pressure hose from bottom of reservoir tank to the engine driven pump. Includes 1 meter of heavy duty fuel hose that holds up better to the hydraulic fuel than the old style original braided hose.

New Heater Core install kit fits all 201 chassis 1984 to 1993, made by Nissens. If you are picking up a smell of coolant (obnoxious sweet smell) when you are running your heater that may be the first sign your heater core has developed a small leak. Best to replace with new.

If your 60x diesel engine has more than 150,000 miles you might want to consider changing the time chain. If that critical chain breaks at high speed it could destroy your engine.

When replacing your 103 engine timing chain it is also important to replace the chain tensioner. 

New valve cover gasket. Common source of engine oil leaks. Must be replaced any time you remove the valve cover. Fits all 103 engines 1986 to 1993. No instructions included.

Long drive pin punches are very handy when working on your Benz. The smaller size in this set is particularly helpful when removing and replacing twin pin style brake pads. All steel. Made in India. Pin sizes: 1/8'', 3/16'', 1/4'', 5/16'' and 3/8''

Good used interior black plastic lock knob, common on most models in the 1970s and 1980s. This has good plastic and good threads. Sold as a single unit, if you need more, just change the quantity at checkout.

Brand new Contitech Serpentine belt for 300CE 300SE 300SEL 300TE 190E from 1990-1993 with 104 engine. There are some vin splits on the end year, so any questions EMAIL with vin number before ordering.

This repair guide covers all 201 sedans models 190E and 190D from 1984 to 1993. Removing a 201 chassis sedan door panel and doing related door maintenance and repair are all fairly easy jobs for the do-it-yourselfer. If you have not removed a door panel before, there are a few pitfalls.
