If you have a 1985 or older Mercedes Benz it is time you flush that old automatic transmission fluid out of the system and replace it with a good power steering fluid. ATF formulations have changed over the past 20 years.
When replacing the front upper control arms you formost need to think about safety. You will need a good quality and large rolling hydraulic floor jack, and a couple good jack stands.

When replacing front shocks on the above mentioned Mercedes you must a 10 mm 12 point shock with 3/8 inch drive. If you don't have one you will in trouble.

Dont neglect this service as many do! I recommend the hydraulic fluid and filter be changed every 30,000 miles. You would not believe how many SLS vehicles I have seen with dirty hydraulic fluid - I mean nasty! Sometimes I have even found engine oil in the system!

Replace if rusty! These are used to secure axle ends through the rear wheel hubs on all models listed above that have the CAN style (not bolt type). If you are replacing the bolt-style axle, you can use these bolts in the conversion to CAN type.

This is a maximum thickness rubber shim (19 mm thick) to adjust the ride height when installing new or reinstalling existing rear coil springs. Two required per car. Also fits 114, 115, 116, 123 sedans and coupes and 126 chassis cars.
These special springs are unique to wagons only. They are designed to only support the weight of the car when it is unloaded. With age and malfunction hydraulic struts these springs can weaken and allow the rear of the vehicle to sag.
Ground shipping only. Can not ship internationally. There are two gas filled accumulators of this style under the rear of the 1979 to 1991 123 300TD wagons, 201 190E 16v and 126 560SEL sedan and 560SEC coupes with self leveling rear suspension ( SLS ).
When these part wears, the control rod will move back and forwar and the joints will clunk when you go over bumps. This is becoming a very common failure part on these older 123 chassis. We provide you with replacements for BOTH sides (inner and outer as shown).
Common 123 front end wear item. Bushings attach the lower control arm to the frame. Rubber fails and front end gets loose and noisy.

If you have any Mercedes model with hydraulic self leveling suspension from the early 70's up to the early 1990's this is the correct fluid to use. High quality Meyle or Febi Bilstein product. Any other type of fluid can damage the seals and score your pump.
