This is now becoming one of the most common oil leaks in 1968 to 1985 diesel engines. Let's face it. These engines are getting older and the rubber seal is wearing and becoming more brittle with time.

Here is a set of three straight inline fuel pre filters with strong plastic nipples and reinforced housing that fit 8 mm or 5/16 fuel hose.

Three seals required to repair oil leaks in the straight oil drain tube going from the bottom of the turbo into the engine oil pan. This kit is intended for those who are rebuilding their turbo and have not changed these seals before.

Fits 116 123 and 126 chassis diesel engines from 1977 to 1985. This includes the 240D, 300D, 300TD and 300D/300SD turbo engines. This short coolant hose is located right below your engine thermostat housing. Replacing it requires removal of the thermostat housing from the cylinder head.

This is the wide style oil filler gasket 6cm in diameter and 10mm wide. Fits all 4 and 5 cylinder diesel engines from 1978 to 1985 including the 240D 300SD 300D 300CD and 300TD. ONLY IF YOU ENGINE HAS THE METAL CAP. If it has the plastic black cap you need the narrow style.

Applies to all Mercedes: Pre 1960, 190SL, 110, 111, 112, 113, 114, 115, 108, 109, 107, 116, 123, 126 with adjustable valves. We have had a number of requests to provide our customers with a feeler gauge to adjust their valves, particularly on the 616 and 617 diesel engines.

If you already have or are willing to buy a 5 pound slide hammer this special threaded fitting will allow you to PULL the pre-chamber from the cylinder head once you have removed the collar nut and the glow plug ( a collar nut removal tool is required look below to learn more).

If you have worked on 5-cylinder 617 turbo diesel cylinder heads before you already know how important it is to have the correct socket for the star cylinder head bolts. This socket is a must to properly remove and re-torque those bolts.

This is the Narrow style oil filler gasket found mostly on engines from the mid 1980s on. Fits all 4 and 5 cylinder diesel engines from 1978 to 1985 including the 240D 300D 300CD 300TD and 300SD. 6cm diameter and 6mm wide.

This new water pump housing gasket fits all 5 cylinder diesel engines from 1978 to 1985 including the 300SD 300D 300CD and 300TD.

Recommend you use of non-hardening Permatex as the correct sealant for this gasket.

New intake manifold gasket between head and manifold. You should consider replacing this gasket when you remove your manifold to replace the glow plugs. Fits all 601 4 cylinder diesel engines from 1984 to 1986.

This is a very important maintenance item for 126 300SD 5 cylinder turbo diesel owners. When these belts get loose or worn they can cause all kinds of problems like poor battery charging, engine overheating, jerky power steering, and noises that range from squeaking to rattling.

New set of upper and lower radiator hoses that fit 1981 to 1985 300SD, 1981 to 1985 300TD, and 1982 to 1985 300D and CD (turbo engines only). NOTE: Does fit SOME late-model 240D.
