Fits 123 and 126 diesels with vacuum dashpot, most models 1980 to 1985. This green dash pot is located right above your transmission vacuum control shifting valve which is located on the rear of your fuel injection pump.
Make certain your pump only has one main line coming into it. Very good cover plate as shown. No cracks or wear. No other parts included. To be used if your cover plate gets damaged. Sorry no complete used pumps available.

Want to fix a common leak? If you own a 617 turbo diesel Mercedes I suspect you have already had to deal with oil leaks. It comes with old diesel territory. There is one small common leak on these engines that is annoying at best but a real pain to repair.
Crushable seal ring that fits between the prechamber and the cylinder head. Standard thickness approximately 2.0mm. SOLD INDIVIDUALLY. New seals may be required to repair fuel and air leaks around the top of the prechambers. Special tools are required to replace this seal.

New Bosch pre-pump that mounts on side of injection pump. This is what makes your 60x. engine self priming and delivers fuel pressure to the injection pump.
The FLOW pressure method can be used to both check and set injection pump timing. Personally, Kent likes to use this method only when checking if the I.P. needs adjustment.

While working on the fuel injectors of a 240D this week, Kent finally decided he had had enough. After 20 years of fighting those fuel injector return hoses he decided he just had to come up with a tool to make the job easier. 2 hours later the tool was designed and the prototype made.

Leaking fuel injector pumps have become a very common problem in the 60x. engines produced from the mid 1980s to the mid 1990s. The early 60x.
This is a special pre-chamber collar nut removal socket ONLY that works on the diesel engines in the 1990 to 1991 350SD 350SDL (126 chassis), 1990 to 1993 300D 2.5 (124 chassis), and 1992 to 1995 300SD / S350 (140 chassis).
This set of special tools is designed to help speed the removal and ease the overhaul of a Garrett T-3 turbocharger on a 617 turbo diesel engine.
Custom ordered for a better fit than original! special Oring seal for the bowden cable housing where it connects to the right side of the automatic transmission. This is a common leak area and you may be fooled into thinking it is leaking out of the pan gasket.
The FLOW or low pressure method of checking and adjusting injection pump timing does not require a separate pressure tank. With this method you use the hand primer pump to pump up pressure in the injection pump to get fuel to flow out of the half round drip tube included in this kit.

Until now there has been no practical information for the DIYer to know how to test and replace their own vacuum 3/2 valve assemblies. There certainly been no inexpensive hose replacement kits. This new kit by Kent Bergsma solves both those problems.
Removing the front rubber engine mounts requires getting under the car and going up inside a hole in the subframe to remove the main bolt. And it can be a bear! I don't know who they hired to tighten these at the factory, but he must have been a brute.
For a number of maintenance operations, you need to be able to turn the engine over by hand. This includes valve adjustment, timing chain replacement, injection pump timing on diesel engines, checking and setting internal engine timing, draining the torque converter, and others.
This is the new Mercedes O.E.M. replacement for the GREEN transmission vacuum modulator found on most of the models listed above. This unit has been upgraded from the original for better shifting performance (you will note it looks quite different).
This plate is often corroded and pitted. The locking tabs are usually rusted away. And the original alloy nuts are often rounded off. This is not perfect but way better than most. The metal gasket which you can not buy new is in usable condition.

The bottom bolt in this bracket often get frozen to the aluminum and requires cutting. When installing a new. one use a plated bolt and a smear of anit-seize. Wave washer is included as shown.

Kent uses his 1976 240D that had sat idle for 6 years to demonstrate what needs to be done to get an old fuel system cleaned out and serviced properly. This always includes installing new fuel filters and sometimes will require replacing some of the rubber hoses.
