Good used set of oil cooler mounting clamp brackets. BOLTS are missing but they are standard metric that you should be able to pick up at a good hardware store. Two are used to secure the cooler to the radiator.

Fits the following: All 116 123 and 126 Chassis Diesels from 1977-1985. This is a brand new Genuine Mercedes Steering lock vacuum valve that is located on the back of your ignition lock assembly.
New silicone waste gate hose that fits all 617 turbo diesels. This includes the 300SD, 300D turbo, 300CD turbo and 300TD turbo 1978 to 1985. common wear item. This hose is often replaced with a standard rubber hose or fuel hose. That will not stand up to the heat of the turbo.
Fits 115 chassis 220D, 240D and 300D to 1976 only. Set of two new filters along with two sets of o-rings and sealing washers. Stock up for spares ahead of time.

Doing an oil change in your 1965 to 1976 Mercedes 200D, 220D, 240D or 300D diesel. Be careful!
Mercedes installed small fuel warmers on these engines using engine coolant to warm up the fuel just before it enters the injection pump. The idea is great - especially in cold climates, but in moderate and warmer climates it is probably not needed.
If you are new to older Mercedes diesels and have not worked on them before, this is one of the first things you want to learn. Especially if you ever run out of fuel. Without knowing how to do this you will never get the engine started again!

Fits the following: All 5 cylinder diesel engines from 1975 to 1985. For 300D 300TD 300CD 300SD, PDF instructions included. This is the critical inside wear part of the injector that delivers the fuel spray into the cylinder. These are direct replacement new fuel injector nozzles from Bosch.

In a perfect world your diesel would not leak a drop of fluid. Unfortunately, with the age of your vehicle, it may not be economically possible to eliminate every leak. Sometimes you may just have to live with some leaks.

This price is for TWO nuts as shown. If you find you can not accurately adjust one of your older diesel engine valve clearances it usually means the threads on the lower adjusting nut are stripped. New ones are getting harder to find so we are offering good used as an alternative.
When doing a compression test you must properly seal the inner surface of the pre-chamber with the fuel injector hole adapter. Copper washers work the best for this to ensure a 100 percent seal. Do not use the engine's heat shield washers.

This came off a turbo engine but many don't know it makes your non-turn engine really spin! Excellent used working starter motor. This starter motor can also be fitted to the W123 240D and 300D non-turbo engines to make the engine turn faster for quicker starts in cold weather.
This will replace the plate with cracked or striped out threads on your oil pressure line. Gasket available separately below.

When replacing your valve cover you may need wave washers. Look below.
These might be needed when replacing the engine head or aluminum water pump housing. This includes the water pump bypass tube and the two small banjo bolts for the tube along with aluminum sealing rings.
Excellent used delivery valve(not scored) and housing nut that mounts on the top of the injection pump. Includes threaded housing, spring, valve body, and valve. A bad delivery valve or valves can cause rough idle, smoke, poor power etc.
If you have a 1969 to 1985 4 or 5 cylinder diesel (except the 1984-85 190D) you may have already noticed it is hard to get the valve cover totally sealed from weeping oil stains coming out the bottom or top of the valve cover gasket.
These transmissions are now 40+ years old, and with age comes hardened o-rings and seals, leading to what I call "pesky" leaks. They are not bad enough to flow on the ground, but they do leave wetness around the transmission and drips on the garage floor.
You would be amazed at how much fuel can leak out of a fuel hose when you disconnect it from your tank or engine. This is an easy way to prevent messy spills.

If you have a leaking transmission seal it can be a real bear to get the old seals out without this puller tool. It works on both the front and rear transmission shaft seals. This tool also works great for removing the front crank seal on both gas and diesel engines.

The timing device installed in the W115, W116, W123 and early W126 with OM615, OM616, and OM617 engines from 1986 to 1985 is somewhat a mystery to many owners.

Good used set of valves for OM617 turbo cylinder heat. Includes all parts as shown (valves, springs, rotators, and spring caps. 10 THIN adjusting nuts INCLUDED. No valve cap nuts. Only parts shown in the picture are the actual items you will receive.
Kent opened this up to make sure the diaphragm was in good condtion. Check valves appear to be almost new with no oil contamination, so we suspect this is a low time pump or had a kit installed when they were available.

Good used, diesel only, trunk emblem for 123 sedans, coupes and wagons. That includes: 1977-1981 300D, 1977-1983 240D and also 1977-1981 300CD. Also, 1978-1980 only 300TD wagon. The emblem was removed properly and is not bent and all three mounting pins are intact.
