This unique kit will allow you to hook up a 30 in HG vacuum gauge between your vacuum control shifting valve (VCV) and your transmission modulator to test the VCV for proper function and to tune it for peak shifting performance.
These engine supply fuel hoses are critical to the well-being of your engine. I have seen too many rotten and deteriorating hoses on these D-Jet engines that could easily lead to an engine fire, and they just do not get replaced when they should.
With the required pressure tank you will be able to individually test and clean our D-jet fuel injectors. Along with a 12-volt power source, you will need I gallon of cleaning fluid as described in the instructions.

These are high quality German brand filters. Since mose of these cars are not driven regularly Kent recommends an oil change every 5000 miles or 2 years whichever comes first ( using quality oil) and a fuel fitler change every 10,000 miles or 2 years whichever comes

This kit fits many models of Mercedes from the late 1970s up into the late 1990s (see list below). Pump problems abound and when you change the pump you are much better off to change the old rubber seal and brittle washer braided hose at the same time.
These are the rubber parts that often do not get replaced when working on an R107 front end to fix loose steering, squeaking noises, and erratic handling. These fit all 107s from 1972 to 1989.

We receive a large number of emails from customers complaining about small fuel leaks at the fuel injector housing (coming out the threads between the two halves)and how best to seal them. To fix this high pressure leak requires taking the injector apart and "lapping" the mating surfaces.
For most U.S. V6 and V8 engines from 1998 to 2006 with mass air flow sensor at the back center of the engine.

This kit includes two pump motor seals and two silicone plugs for the extra hole (if needed). Some tanks have only one pump, some have one pump and one plug, and some have two pumps. So we give you two or each for any combination you may run into and you may end up have a spare or spares.
Why change K-jet injectors when "they are working?" Why change shocks when they feel ike "they are working." The deteration is very slow over time and you may not notice the difference in how the engine starts, runs, accelerates, and delivers mileage until you do this service!

Fits 115 116 123 and 126 chassis diesel engines, non turbo and turbo, to 1985. This includes the 220D, 240D, 300D 300TD wagon and 300D/300SD turbo engines. Most thermostats only last a few years and should be changed for optimal diesel performance.

This critical coolant hose hardly ever gets changed, and when it ruptures, you could experience a catastrophic engine failure. The chief reason is that it is almost impossible to see and inspect.

This kit will not fix all your pump problems. If the motor is worn or burnt out, this won't help. But if the lower impeller is "stuck" due to lack of use and old fuel, then this could be a simple fix. In the video below, Kent will explain what this kit can fix and why it is needed.
With these old gas fuel injectors, sometimes you just have to "back flush" the insides to restore them to peak performance. There is no guarantee that back flush cleaning will restore every old gasoline mechanical fuel injector. Some are just plain worn out.
Wheel bearing maintenance and service should not be neglected. If you are hearing strange rumbling noises up front while driving you should check your wheel bearings. Replacing them is not a diffiuclt D.I.Y. job if you have the right knowledge and tools.
Since new original style pumps are no longer made, this is the best way to finally fix your old fuel pump leaks and poor performance.
Kent's procedure uses the factory recommended "drip tube method" but with a "twist." He has devised a way to get accurate and consistant IP timing results while trying to get the drip tube to drip at one drip per second exactly when it should!
Note: Works only on models that have two vacuum lines coming of the pump cover. I am seeing lots of vacuum pump problems with the older diesels. They are reaching that age regardless of mileage where the pumps are failing right and left.
