This can be used on older 4, 6, and 8 cylinder gas engines up to around 2011 that have 5/8" spark plugs (except the M112 and M113 engines due to restriced access - see related products below). On some engines, you have very limited room to get to the rear sparkplugs.
Most owners do not have a big enough hex wrench to remove the fuel tank screen on those models that had the fuel tank right under the rear trunk floor. But the screen does need to be removed, inspected and cleaned due to the age of these cars.
This is one of Kent's favorite tools around his shop. It is used almost daily. The tool rose out of a need to be able to safely hold fuel inectors while cleaning when with a large high speed wire wheel. No tool like this is availabe so it had to be built in our shop!

We modified this slide hammer puller set in our shop so it will work in removing two key components in the 722.3 and 722.4 automatic transmissions. Getting the B2 piston and sleeve out of the case can be a real bear without this tool. With it, it comes out quickly and easily.

Getting to and removing the two hex head bolts that hold the starter to the bellhousing can be a real test of your sanity - especially if you don't have the right tool! You will need a heavy duty hex socket on a strong wobble extension.
Kent designed this set of tools to easily pry off the C-clip holding the fluid tank onto the power steering pump, AND to put it back on after replacement. This can be nearly impossible without these tools. The clip comes off and goes back on VERY HARD.

If you are pressing in a big bushing or bearing, this marker can save you a lot of grief. If you don't get it started straight away when you begin pressing it, it can bind up and may be hard to get back out. In some cases, you can damage the parts.
Works on W114, W115, R107, W116, W123, W126, W201, W124, W140, R129 as well as most of the models through the 2000s. will 14mm hex plugs. This wrench is used when changing the fluid in your rear end. Will work on manual transmission with 14mm drain plug only.

Great tool to blow through your water drains. Works especially well on sunroof drains where you can get the tube down deep inside the drain to really get the crub out when you work the tube back and forth and blast with compressed air at the same time.
This simple tool set will save you much frustration and possible damage to yourself or to your ML hood. These tools allow you to remove the hood struts easily without damaging the spring clip or ball socket. Also works on many other hood and tail gate struts (like the Suburban).
This set of 5 pick tools have very thin and sharp points. Best set Kent has found to remove orings in hard to get to locations. The variety of angles available allows you to get into almost anywhere to remove and o-ring, sealing ring or other small part.
Fits all DIESEL ENGINE exhaust systems for 115, 116, 123, 126, 124 and 201 chassis from 1968 to 1995. If you are looking for a more robust exhaust hanger this is it! It is a stronger and more secure exhaust hanger than the standard round rubber type.
Here is a brand new set of four exhaust "donuts". Check your existing rubber hangers on your exhaust. If they are cracked replace them before you lose your mufflers! If your exhaust is rattling, these should fix the problem. Fits all chassis models 108 107 113 116 123 126.
I have used a lot of different clamping tools over the years to prevent fluids from leaking out when removing coolant, fuel, or brake fluid hoses. Most work ok. Some are hard to use in tight places. Many do not stop every last drip from coming out of the hose.
We have been looking for a long time to find a super strong and well made tool to adjust those tough 17 mm ball adjuster sockets on the early 4 and 6 clyinder gas engines.
For E430, ML430, E500, E55. S500, CL500, and SL500 through 2003. Every M112 V8 I have worked on starts making front engine bearing noise around 90K to 100K. Almost like clockwork! This is a service you will want to perform whether you have had your Benz for a long time or just purchased one.

This is Kent's full class on overhauling these old transmissions. They all need help now, not because they are mechanically worn out, but rather because all the old rubber lip seals and O-rings are hard and worn out. They all need resealing! Valve body overhaul is NOT covered in this series.
