If your turbo diesel is just not producing enough power during acceleration and you know the engine is healthy, and all filters are clear, this unit could be the problem. Good used ALDA assembly removed from a good-running 300D engine. This device sits on top of the injection pump and controls fuel flow rates to your injectors. This unit can be damaged if improperly adjusted. It will ship with the parts bagged separately, carefully packed, and sealed in plastic bags to prevent damage to the gasket. Note: The spring and C-clip are included, as well as the four mounting plate screws.
Product Details
This unit is undamaged and comes with the mounting plate, hardware, and a used gasket as shown. The cap seal on top has been removed for easy adjustment. The adjustment crew is not frozen and moves easily in and out for a smooth adjustment. Theprocedures are covered in my manual on Diesel Engine Performance Tuning, as well as separate video instructions.
