Response to e-mail:

We normally try to answer all e-mails within 48 hours (except on weekends and holidays). As mentioned elsewhere, we will no longer be able to answer lengthy technical and maintenance related email questions. Please refer to our online forum for technical help. We have made the decision to devote our full efforts rather to the writing and publication of the many manuals people have been asking for.

Special Orders:

Special order items can be placed by phone or by email please call 1-800-513-5797 or email us. If you cannot find it in the kits and upgrades section just call for a quote.

Payment options:

We accept Paypal, Visa and Mastercard through our secure online shopping cart or via the phone. If you use your credit card in our checkout, it is processed securely through our Merchant Account. If you want to pay by paypal, you are automatically re-directed to paypal during checkout to complete your payment. If your ONLY option is to pay by mail, we will accept us postal money orders for orders placed in advance on the phone only! Minimun order amount for payment via money order is $ 50.00 due to administrative costs.

Shipping:

We ship out your order via the shipping method requested on the online order. If the item cannot be shipped  per the requested method, you will be contacted via phone or email. If choosing postal method for your order  we pack and deliver to the Post Office on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Note that our new electronic postal service provided by stamps.com does email tracking numbers upon shipment! We ship larger items daily through UPS ground unless otherwise specified and you will receive a tracking number directly from them (if you do not receive this notice then it is most likely you have spam blocking software turned on and the email has been rejected. This seems to be particularly true if you are a AOL user).

Return Policy:

If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase or decide you do not need an item, you may return it within 20 days for a partial refund. It must be returned undamaged in its original package to receive this refund. For new parts there will be a minimum $5.00 or 20% restocking fee (whichever is greater) for any order returned in good condition. Electrical parts that have been installed are not returnable. The refund will be for the cost of the part(s) only less restocking fee. PLEASE NOTE: shipping charges are not refundable. Please contact us first to get authorization before returning an item(s). CAUTION: ALL returns of new parts must come back to us in their original, undamaged and CLEAN boxes. (That means pack the parts carefully with padding all around the outside of the item(s) for protection). If the boxes are ripped or greasy there will be a 50% restocking fee due to the fact we would not be able to resell the part(s) as new. Thanks for your understanding.

Used parts:

We offer a 20 day return policy on all used parts. This covers both function, application, and satisfaction. Due to the nature of used parts we do not offer a refund on shipping costs either way even if the part should fail or you feel it is not as described. Some expect used parts to be perfect. We do our best to describe and supply the correct part that works but customers often order the wrong part or the part goes bad shortly after receiving it. We are happy to refund the cost of the part but it must come back to use in the same condition that it was shipped within 30 days. If damaged in any way, no refund will be given. Once again no refund will be given on shipping costs for any used part.
