These plugs will NOT work on your original injectors. They will ONLY work on our new replacements (see below). These plugs are a good alternative to the damaged originals on your D-Jetronic fuel-injected engine only if you are installing our new injectors. You can cut the wires to any length that best works for splicing. NOTE: If your injection system has two white wires that plug into the fuel injectors, your wiring harness is non-polarity-sensitive. That means it does not matter which wire goes to which contact. If you want to replace the original style white plugs see related products below.

This is what the finished plug will look like when installed on an injector.

Along with connectors, you will need a GOOD wire stripper and a GOOD crimping tool to make a tight crimp. Test each connector by pulling on the wire before installation.

Strip the wires back slightly less than 1/4 inch and crimp securely while holding the wire tight into the connector.

They have a locking spring so they cannot fall off. NOTE: To release the lock you have to push up on the bottom of the spring before pulling the plug off the injector.

This connector is much better than the original. The plug locks onto the injector and covering provides better heat protection that the original rubber boots.
