In this 13 minute instructional video Kent will demonstrate how to remove an old fan clutch and replace it with a new one on a 1983 380SL This is a beginner D.I.Y. job and no special tools are required. This video is included free of charge with the purchase of our Later V8 fan clutch kit.

These have been inspected for good hex heads and for abnormal thread stretch. Threads will need cleaning before installation. Always use liberal blue thread locker when installing.
You would be amazed at how much fuel can leak out of a fuel hose when you disconnect it from your tank or engine. This is an easy way to prevent messy spills.
This is a great solution to what is sometimes a nagging problem. This heavy duty and flexible and adjustable plastic spacer can be put on the top or bottom radiator to prevent chafing in and area where it might come in contact the the engine or the radiator.

This replacement part that we make here in our own shop is built stronger with a solid core pin so it will not break off like the originals ( See 560SL wood below for reference ). The original is only stapled on and is prone to fall off with age.

This an instructional "how-to" video that comes with our ACCIII performance upgrade it. It will show you how to install a protective fuse for your auxillary water pump and how to replace the rotton foam climate control hose under your dash. Total run time is 16:29.
This universal 13/16-inch spark plug socket comes with a 3-inch extension. On some V8s, you have very limited room to get to the rear sparkplugs. You can add another extension for open access to bring the ratchet wrench out in the open.
This is probably the very best upgrade you can make for your automatic climate control. It will switch the hot to cold or cold to hot much faster and will hold a much steadier heat at high engine speeds.
The parts in this little kit will do two things. 1. Protect your climate control push button panel. 2. The system will get more accurate readings from the climate control sensor on top of your dash.
Fits all Mercedes models with the 14" Alloy bundt cake style wheels. The measurements are M12x1.5mm by 51mm overall length. This is a set of five USED wheel bolts that are not all rusty.
Why do you need to do this? Valve clearances are supposed to be adjusted on these early V8s every 10,000 miles. You can imagine why this does not get done! Add to the fact owners can not find the right information or tools and it makes neglect even worse Why not on later model years?

Good used working right side mirror and hardware as shown. It is not perfect so if you are looking for show quality then do not purchase. The rubber surround is very good, with no gouges or wear spots. The chome is good, but then is a very small indentation where my finger is pointing below.
If your 560SL key starts to stick, is stuck, and won't turn, or you have lost your key this is your solution. In the first two situations, your lock is probably worn out, and trying to change out the tumbler will not solve the problem.

This was removed from a vehicle and was tested. ONLY ONE KEY but it is the low-security key so easy to get a duplicate made. Very good key movement, good working electrical switch, and door buzzer switch mounted. Fits Early 107 and later W116 chassis only ( see list in title )

After years of wearing out his shoulder and elbow joints trying to hand polish convertible top windows, Kent finally decided he had to use some fast-action power tool. The idea for this kit and the included tool came from developing and using his aluminum trim polish kit.
Kent modified this puller and developed a procedure to remove the front crank seal race so the job could be affordable from the DIY mechanic. This costs less than half the cost of the factory tool.

Cad plating can be expensive but is great for show restorations. If you just want to make those parts on your old Benz look good then this is the closest paint Kent has found to looking like cadmium gold plating. Check out the pictures below of the fuel delivery brackets he did with this paint.

Two new wing nuts. These have wider wings so they are easier to loosen and tighten. Replace the nut that most people install after the wing nut has been lost!
