This unique kit will allow you to clean, tune up, or rebuild your Bosch IDI diesel fuel injectors on your own and save you big $$$! IDI (indirect injection) Bosch fuel injectors were installed on many diesel vehicles from the 1960's up to the mid 1990's. This would include Mercedes, VW Volkswagen, Volvo, Toyota, Datsun, and others. The injector housings may vary some as well as the design of the nozzle spray pattern and release pressures, but the service and adjustment procedures are the same (except for VW AAZ dual-stage injectors). The connector thread fitting is also the same almost all of these type injectors which makes it an easy bolt-up to the pressure tester included.

This unique kit is designed to help you repair and restore two broken down front seat bottoms so common in the 116, 123 and 126 chassis Mercedes built from 1973 to 1991. And it can be done without taking the upholstery off the seats! The seat must be removed from the car and placed upside down on a work bench. You work with hand tools to install the included hardware from the underside of the seat frame. Average repair time is 2 hours for one seat. No special tools are required other than a grinder (if you need to cut one or more of the reinforcement springs included). Included are 15 full page step by step instructions (with 50 pictures) on how to remove the seat, fix the broken springs, beef up weak areas, test the repair, and install the seat back in the car.

If you are doing a Dual Tank VO (vegetable oil) fuel conversion you will invariably want to run some type of electrical components separate from your cars electrical system. This twin relay kit will allow you to power two electrical components directly from your cars battery and only come on when you turn on your ignition switch.  You can also control each relay with a switch mounted somewhere inside the car  (not included in this kit.

If you are doing a Dual Tank VO (vegetable oil) fuel conversion you will invariably want to run coolant hoses to the rear of your car. This can help heat the oil coming out of the VO tank and well as keeping it warm as it travels to the engine compartment. 3/8 inch hose is more than adequate for this purpose. In fact 1/2 coolant hose is not desirable because it adds too much coolant volume to the system - thus taking longer to heat it up.

The best coolant hose for this purpose is actually heavy duty fuel hose.  It is much stronger than coolant hose and holds the heat better due to extra internal braiding. Fuel hose lasts longer too when running coolant through it and that is what we include in this kit

This kit will allow you to remove your dash instrument cluster without having to remove any panels under the dash. You can do it all while sitting in your drivers seat. Specific instructions for each chassis model (see title) are included along with the special removal tools. As an added bonus we are including four of the larger size clear dash bulbs and four of the smaller size clear indicator bulbs at no extra charge. These bulbs are used on the back of your cluster for dash lights, warning lights and indicator lights.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY before ordering: It has been very difficult for us to provide our customers with replacement heater blower motor units for the early 1977 to 1980 123 Chassis 240D 300D 300CD and 300TD.  It is fortunate that all the motor brush sizes are the same and even most of the early motors are the same size, but the housings and fan units are another matter. Mercedes had two or three different companies producing the heater boxes and blower motors - and THEY DO NOT INTERCHANGE! Even if you try to order by vin number you might get fooled.

This kit will work on all power steering pumps on 4 and 5 cylinder diesel engines from 1977 to 1985 (excluding the 190D 2.2).

This seal and gasket kit will solve your problems with any external or internal (into the engine) leaks at the hydraulic pump (location at the front of the cylinder head). If your hydraulic fluid is disappearing from the tank and you can't see any leaks in your rear suspension - then it is possible the shaft seal of your pump is bad and fluid is leaking into your engine oil (and yes, this is not good!). This same pump is used on all Mercedes self-leveling suspension systems from the late 1970's up through 1991. Your pump will need to be removed from your engine in order to install new seals and gaskets. You should have correct fluid (Mercedes type) and a new fluid filter on hand before you begin. Complete R134a retrofit kit as shown to convert your A/C system.  Keep in mind this may not repair all problems with your current A/C system. This kit is designed to go into a good working system. There maybe other parts you will want to purchase such as receiver dryer, etc while doing this conversion. Consult with your local A/C specialist if you are unfamiliar with air conditoning systems.

This is one cool pre or final protection fuel filter. I have been looking for something like this for a long time. Not only is it all metal, just the right size, has a 60 micron large cleanable screen, but it can be taken apart by hand... and that is certainly a big plus when you are out on the road faced with a plugged-up filter!
