We believe our unique approach to technical help is what sets our website apart. If you are going to fix it yourself you may need diagnostic information as well as step by step repair/installation instructions once you have determined what is wrong. We offer all of that in a number of different formats.

• Maintenance Tips: These are easy to apply tips and tricks to make ownership of your Mercedes a more pleasurable experience. Many of these do not require any special tools or even previous mechanical experience.
• Maintenance Alerts: Read or Weep... We periodically post important “maintenance alerts” on our site. Most are common maintenance problems we see coming into our shop that if neglected can cause some real pain and suffering, both for your car and your pocketbook. Most can be avoided by some simple preventative maintenance you can do yourself. I strongly urge you to read these.
• Repair Manuals and Diagnostic Guides: Our manuals are written here with the following goals in mind.
  1. Make them easy to understand and follow.
  2. Make the manual small enough that it can go in a tool box or glove box.
  3. Bind each manual so it will stay fully open on a flat surface.
  4. Zero in on a specific maintenance problem and deal with its diagnosis and repair in a step by step format.
  5. Provide pictures for the majority of steps involved.
  6. Back up the manuals by providing the reader with kits containing both parts and detailed installation instructions to complete needed repairs at home

• Quick Fix Instructions (Free to our customers): We now offer quick-fix repair information in a illustrated format that can be read and printed right from our website at no charge. Most of these instructions will help you fix common problems on your Mercedes with simple tools and inexpensive parts. We think you will find these very helpful when you have a problem and need help fast. Many will have links to help you find additional resources on our site and some will offer advice when you find that the problem is not so simple and are faced with the possibility of expensive repairs.

• Repair Instructions with parts: Many of our parts and repair kits come with illustrated installation instructions to make the repair go smoother. Currently many of these instructions are only available when you purchase the corresponding part or parts.
