Why Build It?

This basic tester includes a custom built tester for Bosch CIS fuel injection. Each unit is custom built in our shop and is pressure tested for leaks before we ship it out. The gauge is also tested for accuracy. Adapter fittings are included to allow you to connect the tester to the correct ports on the 1976 to 1991 M116 and M117 V8 engines and the 1986 to 1993 6-cylinder M103 and M103 engine with KE-Jetronic fuel injection.

Please remember. The SALE price includes NO instructions. This also means we are not able to give technical support. If at a later date you would like to purchase instructions and additional attachments please search "CIS tester" on our website.

Concerning the bottle that is attached to the tester. This is to allow you to release pressure and fule from the tester BEFORE you disconnect it from the engine. Please keep the bottle upright while doing this as there is a very small hole under the cap that allows the bottle to vent pressure. If you lay the bottle on its side it can leak out fuel very slowly.
