You will find the quality of this kit is impressive, and it has things in it that other kits do not have. We will include information on how to download detailed overhaul instructions. IMPORTANT REMINDER: if you are going to rebuild your warm-up regulator, you MUST adjust it once you put it back together. Without adjusting it properly, you may even have a hard time getting the engine to start. The only way a WUR can be adjusted properly is to hook up a fuel injection pressure tester to test the pressure changes as you make minor adjustments. Also, it has to be an accurate pressure tester. Most of the cheaper testers available online are not accurate and many leak. Gauges can vary anywhere from 2 to 8 PSI from normal. 1976 to 1985 V8 K-Jetronic Fuel Injection Pressure Tester w/ Extras
This tester is specific to K-Jetronic V8 engines due to the special fittings and adapters it includes. These included M116 and M117 engines in the W116, R107, and early W126 chassis.
Early K-Jetronic NON Vacuum Type Warm Up Regulator Rebuild Kit
This WUR is very simple in design and has no internal diaphragms. It is also quite short compared to the other types. No instructions are included, but they are readily available on the internet by doing some Google searches.
