I have a question about the "Manual Climate Control Override" kit, specifically about installation of the valve included in the kit.
The valve has an arrow on it, apparently indicating flow direction. But there was nothing in the MercedesSource instructions addressing valve orientation. Does it matter which way the coolant flows through the valve?
I tried to determine the coolant flow direction through the hoses, but could not, so I don't know if coolant is flowing in the direction of the arrow on the valve. I have delayed installation of the control cable so that I can first verify that the orientation of the valve is acceptable. Please advise me.
