Door hinge lubrication has to be one of the most neglected maintenance items on the older models. I think part of the problem stems from the fact owners don't know how to do it or don't know how to acquire the proper grease gun to lubricate those special fittings on the door hinges.

MFI (mechanical fuel injection) fuel pumps are notorious for leaking fuel. Leaks are almost always due to age hardened and deformed o-rings inside the pump. Taking the pump off the car, taking it apart, cleaning it and installing new seals will almost always solve the fuel leak problems.
To fix burned out lights you have to remove the wood cover around the shifter. That can be the most difficult part, especially if you don't want to chip or crack your nice wood piece. Once the wood is up you can get the the light bulbs BUT you have to know where they are.
