1982 300D Turbo.
My engine temperature gauge has been leaning on the high side lately (above 90, but less than 120). I've been thinking it was due to running the AC a lot. Today, however, it climbed higher than I've seen before. I checked my oil and found it low. I added some oil to bring it up to the correct level on the dipstick and that seemed to bring the temp down to 90 but only for a short while. When I got on the freeway it crept up if I was on an incline and dropped back down to normal if I was on a decline. When I ran the AC, it increased (as expected). On my way home tonight, it stayed just at or below 100 most the time and back to 90 here and there.
