I have an 81 300d that I was running on BIO. It was loosing power and stall under a load. SO I removed the injectors cleaned replaced nozzles with monarks, bench tested and re-installed. Car ran then stalled and will not start. I drained the tank and filled it up with diesel. I replaced the fuel lines, filters and lift pump. Also replaced the glow plugs with monarks. Then did a valve adjustment. Changed the o rings on the injector pump, checked ALL banjo fittings and lines, replaced copper washers. When I pump the lift pump and bleed the system, diesel comes out of the fuel lines and filter. DIESEL did not come out of the injector pump. I put a fitting in the drivers side of the injector pump and with a hand pump tried to get the air out of the system. Still no diesel would come out of the injector pump. I loosened the tubes where I replaced the o ring washer on the pump, pumped the hand pump and diesel would come out of the fittings. Tighten the fittings to 40 ft. pounds and no fuel. I put the pump fittings back in as all diagrams show, copper washer, pressure valve carrier with the groove facing down, pressure valve, compression ring and last the pipe connection. Torqued to 40 lbs. and cant get and cant get any diesel to come out of pump, no mater how long I crank pump the lift pump or hand pump. I have been working on this problem for a week. I have read everything on the net. I have read, studied, tried, cried and prayed trying to get this vehicle back to running. CAN ANYONE HELP PLEASE!!!!
