Just got my MS vaccuum kit the other day... 2nd issue to diagnose (after my door vaccuum leaks this weekend) is the ventilation system. Very odd behavior...
All the controls work as prescribed except for the Economy setting. If the whole system is off, pressing the Economy button doesn't do anything. The fan buttons do not produce air flow. Press any other ventilation button and the fan springs to life. While on any of those other setting go back to Economy and strangley it works fine. Last twist, turn the car off with the Economy setting working as described above and turn it back on... back to no air flow.
