This unique kit will provide a way to redo the pipe clamp vibration insulation on up to six clamps. It will also provide the materials you will need to repair two leaks in the tubing sections of the transmission cooler hard lines. Full-detailed video instructions by Kent are included at no extra cost. NOTE: the hose sections will only work on the larger cooler lines of the 722.3 transmission (3/8"). The 722.2 and the 722.4 transmissions have smaller diameter lines.
Chaffing and wear can be prevented under each clamp with the heavy rubber tape ( glue impregnated) rubber provided. A heat gun will be required.
A current leak in the line can be repaired by cutting out the damage and adding a section of special hose and pinch clamps for a permanent repair. Special pinch clamp pliers are included. (Note: Regular hose clamps will NOT work over along period of time.)

Yes, with age they can leak from the inside out ever so slowly. Replace before they fail! This is a great upgrade that fits most models from early 70s up to mid to late 90s. The wire protector on these hoses will prevent chaffing especially from loose V belts.
