OM616 OM617 4 and 5-Cylinder Diesel Factory Block Heater Replacement

Fits 115, 116, 123 and 126 chassis diesels from 1972 up to 1985. This will ONLY work on engines that already have this block heater installed. It does NOT INCLUDE the threaded spacer for new installations. This factory block heater is probably the most efficient block heater available as it heats the water in the engine block directly. It is not particularly easy to install. You have to get underneath the car with a big socket and long breaker bar to get to it - and more often than not they are really frozen in there. It is worth the effort if you live in real cold country. NOT returnable if you order in error.
