If you want to get as much of the old transmission fluid out of the valve body, torque converter, oil cooler, and lines, then you will need to do more than just drain the pan and the torque converter ( if it even has a drain plug). Watch the video below for more details.

Product Details
This is NOT a flush kit. Flushing means forcing new fluid through the transmission with either pressure or an external pump. Flushing is not popular today due to many reports of transmissions failing to shift after flushing. Instead, this is a kit that allows you to run the engine while adding fluid through a tube to the transmission pump. This becomes the "natural" way to remove all the old fluid from the transmission.
The kit contains the following:
- 722.6 fitler and pan gasket ( same on all models)
- 722.6 electrical plug housing
- Aviation grade lint free cloth to wipe clean inside after removing pan
- Power drain hose with drill bit and sheet metal screw
- Small particle filter for power drain hose
- Video instructions
PLEASE NOTE: Kent's instructions do not include remove the pan and putting it back on. That information is available all over the internet ( search Youtube ). His instructions will focus on setting up for and actually doing the power drain with the cars engine running.
