One of the cheapest ways to fix your worn out W140 blower motor is to replace just the motor. You do not have to replace the entire unit. BUT repairing it this way is not as easy as it may appear! In this video Kent will show you how he gets the old plastic fan safely off the old motor and back onto the new motor and THEN back into the housing without problems. The new unit is then bench tested and shown ready to install.

PLEASE NOTE: This video does not show how to remove the blower motor assembly from the engine compartement or reinstall it back into the car. If you need that information see related products below for Kent's other video. This video shows all the work on the bench to remove the old motor and install a new one. The special "tool" he shows is made from a piece of 5/8 inch heater hose and a piece of 5/16" fuel hose pushed inside. Save this detailed information. It is not included in the video.
