Looking for insight before I pull the trigger on a gallon of MP. I'm in the process of having my lifelong Santa Barbara CA 1980 240D repainted and the body guy tells me the bottom of the doors under the seal are rusted pretty bad. Ugh. I specifically bought a CA car to avoid this!
At any rate, the outside of the doors is fine. Thoughts on blasting them with a coating of MP inside and out then top coating with a factory blue/silver? Also thinking about spraying the whole undercarriage and inside wheel wells with it since this is Detroit afterall and we are on a high sodium diet from November thru April every year.
