Was recommended by others to reach out to you for help. I own a 1982 300D that is stalling when under a load The car started stalling when I came to a stop. I figured it was a good time to park it and replace rear cv's. 3 weeks have gone by and I have been having starting issues ever since. I first replaced both the primary and secondary fuel filters, next drained and boiled out fuel tank, blew out fuel lines, removed, cleaned, and replaced 2 of the 5 injectors, checked for any vacum leaks, and lastly fiddled with injector pump adjustment. The car will at times start up but will not maintain an idle. If I bring the rpm's up to 1000 it will idle (rough not smooth as before), but when I place it into drive it idles very rough momentarly then dies. I am kind of out of what's next to do or have I done everything correctly the first time. I could sure use some professional advice to help me out of this particular dilema!? I'd appreciate your help if you can or willing too?

Hi Kent,
Been a while. I am somewhat still struggling with car. I have rebuilt and put new Monark injectors in. (2300/2150/2200/2200/2200 PSI ea). I removed exhaust runs better, but struggles when fan is on and when in gear it will staul. In fact, idle is set to high 1100 rpm's to do just that?! I have yet to check timing chain, don't know how to? Although I did valve job. There is no back fire so I can't see chain making all that much off a difference. Maybe?! When the motor is idling it almost looks as though it is swirling. That some injectors are getting fuel at odd times. At high idle motor doesn't miss a beat! I can drive down road but I have to use a 2 foot driving method. Have an idea how much it costs to check the IP? Or is it worth buying the one u have for sale on your site? Let me know if u can help or give some direction. It has been a project and would like to begin driving car again soon.
Thanks,
Matt Kirk
