If the heater blower motor is not running in your W123 chassis there may be a number of reasons. Don't jump the gun and order a new motor or other parts until you have diagnosed the problem. It could be a fuse, the switch, the brushes in the motor or the motor itself. If it is a 1977 to 1980 model with automatic climate control it could even be a vacuum leak that could cause the motor not to run.
