Brand new quality aftermarket regulator. Comes without motor. This is a very common wear item. This is the power window regulator for the Driver's front door. If your driver's window is making bad noises or not going up and down properly this most likely is your problem. Some very early models will require that you drill three holes in the inside door panel to get to the three bolts holding that must be removed to separate the motor from the regulator BEFORE you can remove the regulator from the door.
