This is your best option if the original fitting is lost or rusted so badly you can not re-use it.

The original fuel filter has a rigid right-angle fitting, as shown in the pictures below. We do not provide this fitting in our fuel delivery kits as more often than not it can be removed from your old filter and installed in the new filter we provide. We have heard from some customers that the fitting is missing or can not be reused. Until now we have not had a solution because the original fitting is no longer available.

Product Details

Kent has been able to source the parts needed in the form of a right-angle "banjo fitting" that will serve the same function and allow you to easily connect your fuel pump to the filter using the special hose included in the kit. This includes a new banjo fitting, a used banjo bolt removed from another engine, and two new sealing rings.

Be sure to install sealing rings on BOTH sides of the banjo head BEFORE aligning and tightening.
