D-Jetronic Fuel Injectors: How to Wire New Plugs and Install New Boots

Product Details

Which fuel injectors do these plugs fit?

Which wiring option is best for you?

This kit contains:

  • Eight new original-style wiring plugs with new wire tails ( if needed)
  • Special tool to remove individual wires from the white plug cover
  • 20 but connectors - small size
  • Shrink wrap tubing to cover splices
  • 8 custom silicone caps
  • Full video instructions by Kent Bergsma

If you replace the complete set, you will need 16 crimp connectors (20 are included). If you cut the shrink tubing into 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 (max) pieces, you will have enough to cover 16 connectors.

This is what the finished product will look like on an original Bosch fuel injector.

Due to age and heat, most of the wire plug covers are brittle, cracked, or broken.
