It is a mix of two components (chemicals) that are super slippery and create a deep shine "new look" on old plastic and rubber trim parts. Also included is a microfiber application and buffing cloth and a pair of nitrile gloves. Always use gloves when applying this product or your fingers will feel slippery for hours. Using gloves when applying any chemical is good for your health. 

Wipe it on lightly and let it soak in overnight. Then come back, wipe off excess, and buff to a high sheen. Small plastic parts like you see below can be restored to a new look.
