Check that puddle...

Is the puddle engine oil? If so, your pressure gauge sounds like it went south. You may have quite a mess to clean up.

The vacuum shutoff switch on the ignition assembly may be isolated from the other vacuum elements.

I would recommend taking out your cluster and inspecting everything back behind there.

You can also drop the knee panel under the steering wheel (three metal screws and those two plastic square screws). You should be able to see the ignition assembly and check the vacuum connections on the switch. Look for a brown and a brown/blue hard vacuum lines. The rubber connectors on their might be shot.
