SINGLE AXLE KIT: This set of boots will work on ONE (1) axle of the BOLT TYPE. This will not work if you have the crimped can type axles. SEE PICTURE BELOW TO CONFIRM IF YOUR AXLE MATCHES THIS TYPE! If you order the wrong boots by mistake they are not returnable. If you order them and then decide you do not need them because your axles are worn out, there is a 20 percent restocking fee. Please inspect the type and condition of your axle joints before ordering this kit.

Product Details

KIt includes the following:

  • 2 Identical boots for one axle ( right or left side)
  • 2 Tubes of correct CV joint grease
  • 2 Large clamps for the large end of the boot
  • 2 different sets of smaller clamps - you will only use one set based on the thickness of your axle

This is a picture of the BOLT TYPE axle. Note the new boot sitting next to the old boot (both boots are the same size). NO INSTRUCTIONS are included as the bolt type axle is much easier to take apart. This is an intermediate DIY job. Please do not request instructions if you have difficulty completing the job.  

If your axles do not have bolts that hold the inside can together then you will need a different kit. Look below TO VEIW CAN TYPE BOOT KIT

To remove your axles you will need to remove the rear plate on your differential. There is no gasket but does require the correct sealant when replacing. See related products below to order:
