Fits 123, 126 and 116 chassis 5 cylinder diesel engines from 1977 to 1985. This valve cover is in good condition with no cracks or heavy corrosion. If your valve cover gasket is leaking and you have tried a new one and it is still leaking it may be that your valve cover is warped and not seating properly on the gasket. Often times the only cure is to replace it will another good valve cover. Kent has personally checked this one and milled the gasket stops to the correct depth for you ( to prevent leaks in the future).

PLEASE NOTE: There is a throttle linkage bracket showing on this valve cover. The styles on these vary a little over the years. SO YOU MAY NEED TO USE THE BRACKET off your old valve cover in order to make the throttle linkage work.

615 616 617 Diesel Valve Cover Wave Washers x 8
These washers are installed right under the four nuts that hold the valve cover securely to the cylinder head. They help to prevent the over tightening of the valve cover as well as prevent the nut from loosening up. They also keep the nut from gouging the metal out of the valve cover.
