This is a must-have if you attempting a caliper rebuild on one with stuck pistons. If you own one of our injector pressure testers here is a great add-on that will allow you to use the tester to remove stuck pistons from old brake calipers. Once you get the pistons out, most calipers are rebuildable with an inexpensive reseal kit. Some may tell you you can force the pistons out with the caliper connected to the brake system using the brake pedal. By Kent warns if you choose to do it that way you damage the seals on an older master cylinder.
The metal line is custom built here in our shop with special fittings so it will only work on our pressure tester. We include a flexible brake hose with it which will make it easier to manipulate the caliper on your bench while pressing out the pistons.
FREE video instructions are included with the purchase of this hose. PLEASE NOTE: These instructions are not downloadable. They are only viewable from your account when you are logged in. YOU MUST be logged in with your username and password in order to see the video.
