Leaking or Stuck Late 1960's Electric MFI Fuel Pump

All too common problem with these old gas fuel injected cars

Any Yes, you can fix it yourself and save hundreds of dollars $$$.  These old pumps leak fuel because the o-rings harden with age and sometimes the pumps won't run when the car has sat idle for a longer period of time. The pump impeller gums up with varnish and it becomes "stuck." The only way to fix either of these two problems is to take the pump apart ... AND anytime you take the pump apart you will need new seals to put it back together.
