He has mentioned before about the importance of checking and replacing your rubber exhaust donuts. They do not last forever. In most cases they need to be replaced every couple years and even more often if the car is not regularly driven.

If you see fatigue cracks in the rubber replace before it breaks. Don't remove all the donuts at the same time or the exhaust might fall on your head. Remove and replace one at a time. Best way to remove is to cut them off. To put new ones on use a right angle pry tool and "twist" the end over the attachment arm as shown.
