Bosch D-Jectronic Fuel Injector Testing and Cleaning PARTIAL Kit

For 1970 to 1975, electronic fuel injectors. A pressure tank is required. See notes below. Full kit is available if desired.

With the required pressure tank you will be able to individually test and clean our D-jet fuel injectors. Along with a 12-volt power source, you will need I gallon of cleaning fluid as described in the instructions. These highly detailed video instructions will explain how to hook up the tester, perform individual injector tests, internally clean and even back flush each one, and how to interpret the results. Instructions on removing and reinstalling the injectors in your engine are NOT included, but you will find this is a very straightforward job (tips are included in the video below). In most cases, you should plan to replace the fuel hoses, seals, and internal filter screens. These parts are available separately (along with instructions). This kit is also available as a "full" kit complete with our custom-made pressure tank with a special gauge already installed ( see below ):

Tester specifications:

  • 1, 2, and 3-second pulse setting
  • Constant pulse setting
  • Input voltage 12 volts ( via car battery or booster pack )
  • Output voltage 5 volts at 3 amps (universal small injector fitting clips)

We install a resistor inline with the power cords to reduce voltage while testing your old injectors.
