How in Make and Install a New Plastic Sheet Door Liner - On Demand Video

Kent will show you his tips and tricks on replacing an old damaged door liner quickly with results that are better than factory!

This video will not only save the condition of your door panel, but it will save you a lot of time and frustration when you go to replace a door panel after doing maintenance inside your door. Those old plastic film liners always seem to be torn, ripped, and downright ugly. Making a new one that is stronger than the original is not as hard as you think. Most models from the early 1960s right up into the late 1990's use the same type of plastic film liner material that is glued to the door. The video covers materials to use, how to set up the initial cuts, how to glue it on with the proper glue, how to make clean holes for all the panel snaps and clips and screws, and how to trim it up properly. The video does not include information on how to remove or replace the door panel. For specific manuals related to your model see related products below.  Total run time 14:25
