W126, Rust Repair

by using Kents 126 door repair book,I changed out my window regulator and motor in 30 minutes.its best to know how,they ain't made like Chevy's. One more thing,Mercedes Source has got Diesel Giant,and Performance Parts 4 Benz beat,with shipping times. So if you need it fast and Kent's got it,you know what to do.

I recently bought a 1986 560 SEL which has been imported into australia i know not from where, but most likley from japan. The trouble is it has no owners manual or workshop one. The aircon does not work nor the sunroof and the brakes work but the brake pedal bounces now and again when applied hard. the car stops ok but is a worry to me.the merc dealer here can only supply an owners manual for a 1988/89. Would this be suitable for my car?

I'm in the process of pulling the heads on my 420 sel, I have everything off and I'm trying to get the heads off the block. Any tricks to remove them. I have at least 2 bent valves from the timing chain rails breaking and the chain jumped 3 teeth on the left head and 5 on the right. Also I think I will pull the timing cover off to replace the chain because there are rail chunks down in the front, cover any good tips for that. thanks Lewis.
