Rattling or Loose Automatic Shifter Linkage
New bushings will solve the problem and possibly prevent disaster
Would it be possible to pull the clock apart from the tachometer/clock combo out of any W124 300E (or any other W124 for that matter) and cobble it together with the correct tachometer from my 1992 300D?
Can they be separated? And if so are the different models' clusters compatible in this way?
