1976 450SL starting problem
Only happens immediately after turning fully-heated motor off. I try to start the motor again and get a clicking noise somewhere under the hood. Not sure if it is at the starter or the battery cable connector junction on the passenger-side fender well.

Car new to me, suspect car was in accident at some point.
When driving 50-70mph on well worn freeways with deep "trucker tracks" the car wants to climb, or will make sudden directional changes. On normal roadways the car tracks perfectly stright and handles high speed curves with grace!
When breaking the car breaks normally.
Installed new front wheel bearings, no change.
What items need to be checked? Tech info sugests sub-frame busing kit?
