Brakes very hard to engage..takes significant foot power. I was told that the vacuum booster is not working. Can this be repaired, or must be replaced? Any ideas one way or the other-where the part could be obtained?

I have a 1966 200D. Can't open trunk. The key works to unlock, but when you push in button, it does not release the latch. My question is this: Can I get into trunk through back seat-and how do I remove that seat.
