This repair guide covers all 114 and 115 chassis Mercedes sedans built from 1968 to 1976. Removing a 114/115 chassis door panel and doing related door maintenance and repair are all fairly easy jobs for the do-it-yourselfer.
Very nice part. Only few very very minor scratches from having sat on shelf for so long. If you have a 140 you might want to pick this one up for a spare. These are very expensive from the dealer.
Brand new Hazard Flasher rocker type switch, located in Center console between window switches for 240D 300D 300TD 190E 190D 300SD 420SEL 380SL and other models from 1982 to 1991. If you are unsure it will fit your model, visually verify picture with existing switch.
Excellent used Left shoulder harness catch with wiring removed from low mileage car. If you have a 300SD you should get a spare.
Good used ash tray. Needs cleaning. Excellent zebra wood with no cracks.

Very Good used wood piece. Hard to find in this condition. For models without sunroofs but can be modified for models with a sunroof by cutting out the trim hole. Wood superb. The finish is almost perfect except for two very small hairline cracks at the lower corners of the big cut-out.
New instrument cluster bulb with socket holder. Sold individually. PLEASE NOTE: This holder is only for the very small warning indicator bulbs, as well as your dash turn signal indicator lights. It is NOT for the larger bulbs that light your dash at night.

This is a high quality aftermarket part which I believe to be better than the original. And I have not been all that impressed with the original part. Then tend to fail way too often. You will need to remove the door panel to get to this unit. Video included in your account.
Excellent used working front seat belt catch. ONLY FITS EARLY MODELS WITH ALL CHROME SHOULDER HARNESS LATCH. Can fit right or left front seat.

Over the years I have used many different products to try to adhere chrome and trim pieces to body and interior panels. None has performed better for me than E6000. Silicone glue can't compete. When dry it holds like nothing else.
Brand new Mercedes Benz Drivers side front door inside chrome door pull for all 123 sedans and wagons 1977 to 1985. It is very common for the handle pin to wear out (floppy handle) or cast frame will break.
Fits all 126 sedans 1981-1991. New Genuine Mercedes interior door chrome opening handle. This door pull can be installed on either the driver side front or rear door. If yours is sloppy and loose here is a good chance to replace it now.
This is an original first aid kit. It came out of a 1981 300D. Contents look mostly complete and are original. I have 2 so it may or may not exactly have everythings inside as shown below. It probably should not be used as a first aid kit. This should be for original cosmetic purposes only.

Removed from a low-milage, stored 1984 300SD. Doors work like new, Hinge plates are not cracked. Mirrors are excellent. No dents. These are show quality.
Good cosmetic looking used original cigarette lighter. Fits all 123 and 126 chassis from 1981 to 1991. Good looking element.

Good used part, slight play in pin but acceptable. Fits RIGHT side both front and rear doors. Handle is not dropping! No breaks in frame or handle mechanism. GOOD CHROME.
Good used bright aluminum trim ring. Goes around ignition key tumbler assembly. Complete with three tabs intact. No rubber seal. This is not perfect as there may be some small scratches, but it yours is missing this is much better to look at than a hole through your dash.
When changing a front door seal on one of the above chassis you most likely will ending up need new attachments clips (along front edge of door). The majority of the old clips will break when you try to remove them.

Very good used ash tray frame mounting assembly with very minimal corrosion. These are often badly corroded or damaged from abuse. This fits all 123 chassis sedans, coupes and wagons.
Set of right and left front speaker grills ( cover ), original to W123 chassis sedans, coupes, and wagons that have the climate control temperature sensor in the right side speaker cover. These covers are in very good condition. Good non-deteriorated fiber screens on the backside.
Good used right-side power mirror switch. Fits in center console shift cover and this fits later model 123 chassis 1982-1985 and Early 126 1981-1985.
Good used interior black plastic lock knob, common on most models in the 1970s and 1980s. This has good plastic and good threads. Sold as a single unit, if you need more, just change the quantity at checkout.

Excellent used condition. No cigarettes ever look like they were in there. Very clean and very clean contacts on cigarette light. Notice the type of electrical plugin on the left side to make sure it will plug into your wiring. Rare find. Vinyl cover is like new.
New inside passenger compartment hood release handle and mounting plate. This fits all 116 chassis sedans from 1973 to 1980 and all 126 sedans and coupes (SEC) from 1981 to 1991. Check yours for cracks now before it completely breaks off!

It only fits 1981 to 1985 300D, 300CD, and 300TD - MUST BE PICKED UP. This dash is not perfect, but it is way above average for most you see. It is getting harder and harder to find good 123 dash panels that are not all cracked up.
Brand new quality aftermarket regulator. Comes without motor. This is a very common wear item. This is the power window regulator for the Driver's front door. If your driver's window is making bad noises or not going up and down properly this most likely is your problem.
This seat track assembly fits all 123 chassis coupes, sedans and wagons for the right or passenger side.

Fits all 126 sedans right front door. This black coated aluminum trim part fits around the chrome door pull. the aluminum part is solid, but the black coated material on the top side is cracked.
FITS THE FOLLOWING: all 116 chassis 1973 to 1980 and all 123 chassis sedans, coupes, and wagons. If the forward black plastic seat adjustment handle is cracked or broken (making it hard to adjust the seat) then here is an easy and clever way to fix it without having to take the seat out
If your glove box won't stay closed due to a broken plastic panel inside, then this is the part you may need to fix the problem. The latch inside this panel is mounted on a plastic pin, and when this pin breaks off, there is no good way to repair it.

This is the contact switch that allows the interior light to come on when you open your door. Also applies to the Trunk.
